GAUGAIN'S PARADISE This bed is my first bed that I started to paint. I was so very much inspired by Gaugain's works while he was on the islands. His colors which on first glance seem odd are so remarkably stunning of the beaches that they make me feel so blessed to be alive. I painted the beach and used his people decoupaging them onto my beach. This bed's spot where the side rails are put in has been damaged. Someone that knows how to put screws into the wood could use those type of side rails. This bed could also just be hung on the wall behind another bed. |
