It is important to Nature's Own, LLC and Six Degrees, Inc. that you feel safe when using your credit card online. Verification that
our business is legitimate is done through Verisign, the industry leader in website identification. You can confirm that Six Degrees, Inc. is a legitimate online retailer before any transmissions are
sent. Verification that the credit card used for purchases is legitimate is done through Signio.
Signio is industry leader in credit card identification. Signio requires address verification on all credit card purchases. Shipping to an address other than the address listed on the credit card billing statement will result in a verification phone call from our customer service department. All information collected about you is encrypted prior to being process by Signio.
However, it is still possible that someone may be using your card and your identity. Today, most credit card companies do not hold you responsible for fraudulent charges on your card.
The maximum that any credit card company holds you responsible for is currently $50.00. Should a transaction occur on our site that is a verified fraudulent charge and the charge resulted through no fault
of your own, we will reimburse your credit card the amount that your credit card company held you responsible for, up to $50.00. If you discover fraudulent charges on your credit card from Six Degrees,
Inc. you must report the fraudulent charge to your credit card company and to Six Degrees, Inc. within 60 days of the fraudulent charge.

Nature's Own, LLC and Six Degrees, Inc. has instituted this privacy policy in order to demonstrate our commitment to your privacy. All of
the information pertains to any web sites that are owned and operated by Six Degrees, Inc. General Six Degrees, Inc. uses your IP address to administer our web site and diagnose any problems you are having accessing the site.
Your address is used to help identify you and your shopping cart. We use cookies to deliver content specific to your interests. The site's registration form requires users to give contact information in the form of the e-mail address, unique identifiers (password), financial information (credit card numbers) and complete address information (for credit card verification and shipping info). Six Degrees, Inc. does not market this information to outside companies, however your name, address, e-mail and purchase info are shared with the specific vendor who is shipping the product for us. We use www.Signio.com for processing. They are one of the most secure processors on the web today and encrypt everything. We require that you submit your address because all credit cards are subject to address verification, so we know that it is you who is using your card. Should you need an item shipped to someone as a gift, please fill in the additional information for shipping, include day and evening phone numbers and we will confirm identity prior to shipping. We believe in customer service and making sure no one is using a fraudulent credit card.

Defective Items Defective items may be returned for
a full refund, which includes standard shipping and handling charges if applicable.
A pickup order will be issued from our office if the item was shipped via ground UPS. It is your responsibility to have it repackaged and ready for pick up. All other forms of shipping require customer to initiate shipping the defective item. Send the package back to the shipping address via a shipping method with tracking information and insure the package if necessary. Refunds for returns sent via non-traceable methods will not be guaranteed.
Before any item is returned, an authorization number is required. Please call customer service at 1-800-778-3708, have your order number and item number accessible.

Warranties All products are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty (unless specified). The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and
product.
Damage in Transit To claim
damage in transit, carefully inspect the box, if there is visible damage on the outside of the box, please do not open. File a claim with the delivery service immediately.
For boxes that have no visible exterior damage but the item is broken/crushed etc. a claim will need to be filed with the delivery service to initiate the replacement/refund. Call our customer service department 8am-8pm CST if you have any questions.
Perishable items may be shipped UPS Next Day Air or Fed Ex. It is the customers responsibility to take possession of the item and insure proper storage once the item is delivered.
Six Degrees, Inc. can take no responsibility for perishable items not properly stored once the item has been delivered.
Confirmation of Delivery All items purchased from Six Degrees, Inc. will be tracked during shipment. Shipment is via UPS, USPS
or Fed Ex. Delivery date and time will be available to be checked by you the customer as well as tracking on when delivery was made and who took delivery of the item.
Should an item become lost or stolen during shipment, prior to delivery, a replacement or refund will be promptly issued.
